What You'll Do

  • Ship end-to-end features across the stack: React UI, REST/tRPC services, and database layers.
  • Make key architectural decisions that shape the product.
  • Design and evolve complex PostgreSQL schemas; ensure reliability and performance at scale.
  • Build and extend integrations with ERP/MES/SCADA systems; design clean APIs to expose scheduling and constraint logic.
  • Instrument, test, and monitor what you ship.

What We're Looking For

  • React (priority): complex UIs, strong grasp of rendering, DOM manipulation, and Canvas APIs.
  • Postgres (priority): schema design, indexing, migrations, and query tuning.
  • TypeScript: solid API design (REST/tRPC).
  • Docker & Compose: required. Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure); Kubernetes nice to have.
  • Strong eye for UI quality, and clear, direct communication.

Current Stack: React, TypeScript, TanStack Router & Query, tRPC, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Batch.

Why This Role

You'll join as one of our first engineers — owning architecture, design, and delivery across the stack. Your code will directly drive how real factories operate across Europe. This isn't a 9–5. It's an early-stage role in a high-intensity environment where things break, priorities shift, and progress happens fast. You'll be working side by side with the founders to turn ambitious ideas into real systems. You'll help set the technical direction, shape the culture, and build the foundation for a company designed to last.

Your Profile

  • You've built complex products from 0→1 and shipped real systems to production.
  • You thrive in small teams and take full ownership from concept to deployment.
  • You have 3+ years of full-stack experience in high-paced or startup environments.
  • You're fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • You have a track record of delivering impressive work — whether through past roles, side projects, or entrepreneurial efforts.
