We’re building the decision-making layer for the factories of tomorrow, the brain that plans, adapts, and optimizes production in real time. Our systems tackle the toughest challenges on the shop floor, allocating scarce resources, re-routing around machine breakdowns, and absorbing last-minute rush orders using machine learning, optimization, and agents. We operate at the core of the value chain, the shop floor where raw materials, machines, and people come together to create the products that drive entire businesses. From there we are expanding to shape decisions on what to produce, where to invest, and how to scale. We are building Software 3.0 systems that learn, reason, and continuously improve from the chaos of production. Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end features across the stack: React UI; REST/tRPC services;
• Take macro decisions on architecture.
• Design/evolve Postgres complex schemas and migrations; ensure reliability and performance.
• Build/extend integrations with ERP/MES/SCADA; expose scheduling/constraints via clean APIs.
• Instrument, test, and monitor what you ship.

Qualifications

• React proficiency (priority): complex UIs, solid state/rendering fundamentals, DOM manipulation & Web Canvas API. exact past stack is optional.
• TypeScript; strong API design for REST and tRPC.
• Postgres/Relational DB (priority): complex schema modelling, indexing, migrations, query tuning.
• Docker & Docker Compose (required); cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure). Kubernetes (optional).
• Good eye for web UI; clear, direct communication.

Your Opportunity

You'll join as one of our first engineers, with the autonomy to build across the stack and take ownership from architecture to deployment. You'll shape our product, influence technical direction, and see your work directly impact factories across Europe. This is an early-stage role: you'll grow with the company, build alongside the founders, and help define the culture and technology of Zentio.
